The service was working great up until about 3 months ago, and I started getting multiplying spam emails from various “investment advisory” newsletters. I tried unsubscribing, which turned out to be a mistake, because I started getting more of these same type newsletters with only the domain name changed. What was one or two have turned into daily battles with ever increasing spams.
I can only determine that either 1. They have sold me email address, or 2. They have no spam detection that works, and no way to improve on spam filters.
All my emails to support have gone unanswered. Several months of trying to get answers has led to a brick wall. They don’t even have a viable contact form on the website. No phone, no email, and a postmaster address that goes unanswered.
I also see no way to get a refund. I paid for 2 years but am now SOL. As a result, I can only issue a warning to stay away. It is sad, because the Gipper would never have consented to recommend such poor service to his faithful friends.
